NATE Statement on D.C. Circuit Court Ruling Upholding Key Wireless Infrastructure Deployment Reforms
(Washington, D.C.) – NATE today issued a statement in the aftermath of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit’s rulings related to the FCC’s March 2018 infrastructure decision:

Circuit Court decision affirming important provisions like the streamlined review processes and restricting upfront fees for wireless infrastructure facilities is great news.
