NATE Launches New Peer Learning Program
For Immediate Release:
December 18, 2023
(Watertown, South Dakota) – NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association is excited to announce the launch of the new Peer Learning Program. This program was created as an extension of the Mentorship Program to offer the same benefits but in a group setting. The program is designed to foster the exchange of ideas, expertise, and camaraderie among NATE members at all levels. The opportunity to share similar experiences, obstacles, and goals will be the forefront of the program. This program will not only aid in individual achievement but offer growth that can’t be achieved alone.
“As a young businessman, I met Bill Carlson and Kevin Hayden who became my mentors,” said Craig Snyder, NATE Founding Member. “Through our relationship, NATE was formed. Later we started tower rental businesses together. Even though we were competitors, we talked about the woes and triumphs of our businesses. It wasn’t anything big I learned from those guys but a bunch of the little things that came up in our conversations. It turned out to be NATE’s first impromptu peer group and it helped me immensely to be a better businessman.”
On Monday, December 18, 2023, the NATE Peer Learning Program will launch on the NATE Website, NATE Member Portal and NATE Mobile App. Open enrollment will be open for a period of one to two months on a six-month rotation. Executive, middle management, and field personnel groups will be created based on applications received and position/title within organizations.
We encourage all NATE members to take advantage of this opportunity to grow in your perspective field and empower others to do the same. This is a great opportunity to support each other and enhance the industry.
